The digitalization of assets increase the digital data created every day, therefore identification of security threats becomes more challenging. This ever growing amount of data needs to be continuously analysed to spot and prevent undesirable actions. To address this challenge, use of data-driven analysis and cognitive approaches can be used to identify threat patterns in real time and alert users about the possible behavior of attacker. Threat prediction focus on notifying users about current situation and inform about possible upcoming events in the future.
