Strengthening Europe’s Big Data start-ups in global competition

The Horizon 2020 project “European Data Incubator” (EDI) has set itself the goal to strengthen Europe’s Big Data startups to compete in the global market. The main objective of the project is to leverage the technology and knowledge on Big Data across countries and sectors thanks to the incubation of start-ups/SMEs who use Big Data open source tools oriented to sort out major challenges in different business which facilitate their data assets.

In the EDI project DAI Labor serves the role of a data provider, making available its Smart City dataset obtained from a real-life testbed deployed in the center of Berlin.
