The kick-off event of the discussion series THE FUTURE on October 6, 2020 with Paul ZIEMIAK, MdB – Secretary General of the German CDU, Thomas JARZOMBEK, MdB – Representative of the BMWi for the Digital Economy and Start-ups, Prof. Dr. Sahin Albayrak, Founder and Director of the DAI-Laboratory at the TU Berlin and Prof. Dr. Heinrich Arnold (Member of the Board of Connected Living) was a great success. In the panel discussion the weaknesses of education, the transformation of the economy, the global market and sustainability were discussed. Furthermore, impulses for future projects and planning were given. The rise in some industries, such as the digital industry (video conferencing etc.) and the flip side of the crisis for travel and hospitality were highlighted.
