The German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the French National Research  Agency (ANR) concluded an agreement in 2009 to cooperate in the field of civil security research.  Within the framework of collaboration an event for eventual partnership in research projects will be held in Düsseldorf on February 16th, 2016. The cooperation with an international approach aims to strengthen security with innovative solutions. This year is the focus is especially on future security in urban areas. DAI-laboratory scientist Leily Behnam Sani will attend to this event.
