From 24th to 27th October 2013 the trade fair CeBIT Eurasia took place in Istanbul – DAI-Labor and GT-ARC presented ongoing and innovative research projects concerning the subjects “Smart Cities”, “Preventive Health”, “Cybersecurity” and “Education & Government”.

Lots of visitors were interested in the presented projects – DAI-Labor also had prominent visitors. First of all, Dr. Binali Yildirim, Turkish Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, visited the DAI-Labor/GT-ARC stand in company of Prof. Dr. Sahin Albayrak. Furthermore, Yoonie Joung, CEO of Samsung Turkey visited the stand in the German Pavillion; Samsung was the sponsor of all monitors and other devices the presented projects were demonstrated on.

The press was presenting numerous as well. Fikret Bila, head of the press department of the Turkish newspaper “Milliyet”, visited Prof. Dr. Sahin Albayrak on the fairground. Moreover, three Turkish television channels visited the venue; we had attendance by “Kanal D”, “Kanal Türk” and the news channel “TRT”.
