The IT Service Center Berlin (ITDZ Berlin) and the DAI Laboratory of the Technische Universität Berlin are working together to simplify the work processes of the public administration of Berlin. The goal is to modernize business processes but also to secure the processes at the same time. Both partners founded a research cooperation “Intelligent services for citizens and authorities” (IDBB) for this purpose and signed to a cooperation agreement over the next 5 years.
