In recent years the advent of programmable networks – embodied by Software-defined Networking (SDN) and the Network Function Virtualization (NFV) network management paradigm – finally promises the realization of long envisioned autonomous network management approaches. We at DAI Labor are working towards achieving the vision of autonomously managed networks by applying artificial intelligence to various types of networks and domains. In particular, we aim at imparting intelligence into the access, transport and core network stretches by applying game-theoretic models.
